<li>Start up the commandline or gui Bittorrent client and point it to the downloaded torrent file</li>

<li>make a torrent file, you can use the command line tool in Duck's
Bittorrent package, use the tracker address

<li>Do the simple account <a href="signup.php">sign up</a> , it's just so people can edit their torrents after they upload, just put in a username/pass and it's done</li>
<li>Go to <a href="upload.php">Upload</a> and upload your torrent file
<li>Start up the Bittorret commandline or GUI client and point it to your torrent and the file/folder associated with it. This will 'seed' your torrent and make it available.
